FAYR by WestCord amenities, Royal Delft tableware and products from the kiosk of Hotel New York and the Lynbaan Shop of the ss Rotterdam. You can request the prices of pillows, bedding and such with your General Manager.

Hotelroom: €30,- incl. breakfast per room per night.
Apartment:
- €75,- up to 4 persons per apartment, Incl. breakfast en incl. end cleaning.
  €100,- from 4 up to 6 persons per apartment, Incl. breakfast en incl. end cleaning.

Based on availability, when a hotel is nearly full (holidays and events for example) it is possible that your request will be denied.
It is possible that your request can be assessed for availability only two weeks before arrival.
Request at least 2 working days before the first night due to processing time.
When your employment contract stops, benefits will automatically expire.
Discount F&B due to “no housekeeping needed” between multiple nights is not applicable.
There must be an active employment of the employee, this means that if the employee
is not scheduled soon, the General Manager of the work hotel must confirm the active employment.

Hotelroom: €90,- incl. breakfast per room per night.
Apartment: famlity rate on request based on availability.
Valid for: partner (when living together), children, brothers, sisters, parents, grandparents.
Once a year the possibility to request for other family member or friends (for example: parents-in-law).
If you book staff rate, you can book a maximum of 1 room at family rate. Extra rooms are at normal rates.

Valid in all wellness facilities of WestCord Hotels.
Appointment for treatment must be made at least 1 day in advance stating your employee number.
Appointment can be canceled up to 2 hours in advance by a wellness employee in case of any guests.
You must show your staff pass at start.
Fitness facilities are excluded from these conditions.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours in advance. Otherwise the amount will be charged.
For the hotels on Vlieland, a discount for Wellness is only valid in combination with an overnight stay.

Products can be purchased through your own General Manager.
You can request the prices of pillows, bedding and such with your General Manager.
