You are welcome to join us in our stylish restaurant for lunch or dinner. Like our lobby, BLUE Dining is inspired by the Royal Fairy Tale theme. Our concept is based on the rich cuisine of the Mediterranean, with a menu of creative dishes inspired by the countries that make up this region, including France, Italy, Spain and Morocco. We use familiar, fresh and natural ingredients, fresh herbs, authentic spices and premium olive oil. We also offer several renowned international classics under the name ‘Out of the BLUE’. There literally is something for everyone!

During the summer months, you can virtually taste the Mediterranean on our sun-drenched terrace throughout the day and evening. Come and enjoy a tasty lunch or appetiser in the shade of our rooftop plane trees. And if you’re in the mood for play, there’s nothing like a game of pétanque with friends or colleagues at the end of a busy workday.
Wine and beer
We serve a selection of more than eight wines by the glass and will be pleased to recommend the right wine to pair with your choice of dish. We certainly also accommodate the needs of beer lovers, and will find the perfect craft beer pairing for you to make your dinner even more enjoyable.
A nice brunch with the whole family! Every month BLUE dining organizes an extensive family brunch. Children are allowed to eat from the buffet, but there is also a children’s buffet especially for them. There is a babysitter in the specially equipped children’s area so that the children can play carefree and the parents can enjoy the brunch.
