There is no telephone in the room. To contact reception, you can call the general number using your own phone. You can also contact reception via WhatsApp using the QR code.

Superior Deluxe rooms and Superior Spa rooms are equipped with air conditioning, allowing you to adjust temperature and airflow yourself. The hotel also has an automatic ventilation system. Other rooms are connected to a climate control system that regulates the temperature centrally.

The room key is a keycard. Please keep it with you during your stay and return it upon departure. For safety reasons, the room number is not printed on the card. Note that the keycard is sensitive to magnetic fields such as mobile phones and may become deactivated.

Eindhoven has a strict parking policy, and paid parking applies in almost the entire city.
WestCord Hotel Eindhoven
Parking is available in the garage underneath the hotel, subject to availability, for €22.50 per night. There are no charging points for electric vehicles.
Alternatively, you can park at Q-Park Mathildelaan or W-Park De Witte Dame. These can be reserved in advance via our website under Facilities. When reserved in advance, the cost is €17.00 per 24 hours.

Smoking Policy
WestCord Hotel Eindhoven is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the building. Smoking is allowed on the outdoor terrace. If smoking is detected inside the hotel, a cleaning fee of €150.00 will be charged.
Damage
The hotel is not liable for personal injury, damage, or lost or forgotten belongings. Please store valuables in the in-room safe whenever possible.

The use, possession, or trade of drugs is strictly prohibited in rooms and public areas, including the brasserie and restaurant. Violation may result in immediate eviction from the hotel.

You can request a wake-up call at the reception.
Laundry Service
Guests can use the laundry service. A price list and laundry bag are located in the wardrobe. Laundry handed in before 09:00 will be ready the same day before 19:00. This service is available Monday through Friday. There is also a laundry room in the hotel; please contact reception for details.

Fire Safety
An evacuation plan is displayed on the back of every room door. In case of fire, do not panic. Inform the reception immediately. If possible, attempt to extinguish the fire using the fire hose located in the hallway. Never use the elevators during a fire.
Cameras
Security cameras are installed throughout the hotel for safety purposes. By entering the hotel, visitors consent to being recorded. In case of emergencies, footage may be shared with third parties.
Property
It is forbidden to remove hotel property from the building. In case of damage, you are liable for repair or replacement costs. A deposit or credit card details may be used if costs are not reported voluntarily.

In case of an emergency evacuation, always follow the instructions of hotel staff.
Emergency Exits
Use emergency exits in case of fire. These are permanently illuminated and clearly marked. Each floor has emergency exits, evacuation plans, and stairwells.
