Hotel room

€40,- including breakfast, per room per night based on 2 guests.
For an additional person: €20.00 per person per night extra and/or additional bed costs (if available).

Apartment in Aparthotel Boschrijck

Fixed room rate of €40 based on a maximum of 2 persons.
Per additional person: €20.
Mandatory end-of-stay cleaning: €62.50.
Prices include breakfast.

Family rate

Hotel room

€100, including breakfast, per room per night.
For an extra bed: €50.00 per person per night extra and/or additional bed costs (if available).

F&F apartment Boschrijck

Fixed room rate of €100 for up to 2 persons.
Per additional person: €50.
Mandatory end-of-stay cleaning: €62.50.
Prices include breakfast.

FAYR by WestCord amenities, Royal Delft tableware and products from the kiosk of Hotel New York and the Lynbaan Shop of the ss Rotterdam. You can request the prices of pillows, bedding and such with your General Manager.

Subject to availability; when a hotel is busy (public holidays, school holidays, and events), your request may be declined.
Your request may only be reviewed for availability two weeks prior to arrival.
When your employment ends, staff benefits will expire.
Requests must be submitted at least 2 working days before the first overnight stay due to processing time.
The F&B discount due to “no housekeeping required” between multiple overnight stays does not apply.
The employee must have an active employment contract. This means that if the colleague is not scheduled to work in the near future, the General Manager of the employee’s work hotel must confirm the active employment status.
At least one guest in the booking must be 18 years or older.
Only the first room is available at the staff rate; the second room is charged at the Friends & Family rate.

Valid for: partner (when cohabiting), children, brothers, sisters, parents, grandparents.
Once per year, there is the option to submit a request for another family member or friends (including in-laws).
When staying at the staff rate, you may add a maximum of 1 room at the family rate. Additional rooms are charged at the regular rate.

Westers Bakery is excluded from these conditions.
Discount is not valid in the Badhuys.
For the hotels on Vlieland, a discount for F&B is only valid in combination with an overnight stay.
When your employment contract stops, benefits will automatically expire.

Valid in all wellness facilities of WestCord Hotels.
Appointment for treatment must be made at least 1 day in advance stating your employee number.
Appointment can be canceled up to 2 hours in advance by a wellness employee in case of any guests.
You must show your staff pass at start.
Fitness facilities are excluded from these conditions.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours in advance. Otherwise the amount will be charged.
For the hotels on Vlieland, a discount for Wellness is only valid in combination with an overnight stay.
When your employment contract stops, benefits will automatically expire.

Products can be purchased through your own General Manager.
You can request the prices of pillows, bedding and such with your General Manager.
When your employment contract stops, benefits will automatically expire.
Discount in the Lynbaan Shop is not valid on books and food products.
