General information
Check-in: From 3:00 PM. If a room is available earlier, you can check in earlier.
Check-out: We kindly ask you to vacate the room by 11:00 AM, due to ferry departure times. The hotel bill can also be settled the evening before.
Please ensure you take your room key with you when you leave the hotel so you can re-enter. After reception closes (10:00 PM), our Night Manager is available for emergencies. He can be reached bij phone at number 9.
Late check-out is possible depending on availability. Please request this in advance at the reception.
Facilities and services
Breakfast is served from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. On Saturdays, Sundays, you can have breakfast from 8:00 AM until 10:30 AM.

On the day of departure, luggage can be transported. This is a service provided by Rijwielverhuur Tijs Knop. Luggage tags can be found at the reception desk. Luggage for the boat departing 12:30 PM or later must be placed on the luggage cart in front of the hotel before 10:30 AM.
Your luggage will be taken to the Rijwielverhuur Tijs Knop storage facility. You can collect your luggage there and return any rented bicycles, The luggage storage facility is located opposite of the Rederij Doeksen Terminal. The luggage is not automatically placed on the boat!
Yes, bicycles can be rented at the reception. All bicycles have 7 gears. The rental for one day is 9 euros and 8 euros per day for multiple-day rental. Children’s bicycles are not available, these can be rented at Tijs Knop. In addition to the standard bicycles, electric bicycles are also available at the reception. It’s 22,50 euros for one day and 17,50 euros for multi-day rental.
Bicycles can be parked in the bicycle shed in the parking garage on level 1. This is accessible via the parking garage entrance on the Wadden side.
There is a telephone available in your room. Telephone costs will automatically be charged to your room.

Yes, each room is equipped with a hairdryer. It is usually located in the bathroom or in the wardrobe in the room. If you can’t find one, you can pick one up at the reception.
Wellness
Yes, the pool is free for our hotel guests.
The wellness cenhter, sauna and swimming pool are unfortunately not accessible for guests wit disabilities. The treatment rooms are accessible.
Other questions
On the 1st floor laundry machines can be used be our guest. A coin and detergent can be bought for €0,50 at the front desk. In case you wish to make use of an iron, we have one available for you at the front desk.
At the reception, you can get items such as a toothbrush, razor, and other essentials.
Incoming messages by mail, phone, or email will be delivered to you as soon as possible. Outgoing mail can be handed in at the reception for sending.
The room key is a magnetic card that must be returned at check-out. A maximum of 4 key cards can be issued per room.
