Emergency exits
Please use the emergency exits in case of an emergency. These exits are permanently lit and clearly marked. On each floor there are escape routes, schedules and emergency exits to be found. Please remain calm in case of an emergency and notify the front desk at once by dialing ‘9’ on your phone.

Fire
If possible, try to extinguish a fire yourself by using the fire hose which can be found hanging in the hotel corridors. Never use the elevators in case of a fire.

First aid kit
A first aid kit is available at the front desk.

AED
An AED (automated external defibrillator) is present at the front desk which is available in case of an emergency there. Our staff is trained to use the AED.
