Our reception is open daily from 7:30 AM to 11:00 PM. During the winter period, the reception is open until 10:00 PM from Sunday to Thursday. After closing time, our Duty Manager can be reached by dialing number 9 on the room phone.
General Information
After 11:00 PM, the reception is no longer staffed. Make sure to take your room key with you when leaving the hotel so you can re-enter. For urgent matters, you can reach the Duty Manager by dialing number 9.
Check-in: From 4:00 PM. If a room is available earlier, you can check in earlier.
Check-out: We kindly ask you to vacate the room by 10:00 AM, due to ferry departure times. The hotel bill can also be settled the evening before.
Late check-out is possible depending on availability. The cost is €29.00 for a hotel room and €39.00 for a suite or apartment. Please request this in advance at the reception.
Facilities and services
Breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. On Saturdays, Sundays, and during school holidays, you can have breakfast until 10:30 AM.
Yes, we offer free luggage transportation. Place your luggage on the luggage cart outside the hotel, labeled with your name. For the ferry, you need to place your luggage at the designated location at the correct time.
