Check-out
Check-out: we kindly request you to check-out before 12:00 PM. If you would like to have a late check-out please contact the reception desk, the reception staff will be happy to inform you about availability and extra costs.

Fast check-out: if you prefer a fast check-out in the morning, please already pay your bill the evening before your departure. We can always send your invoice via email.

Breakfast
You will find our breakfast room in the lobby. We kindly invite you for our extensive breakfast buffet as a healthy start of the day! On weekdays from 07:00 – 10:30 AM and in the weekend from 07:30 – 11:00 AM. Costs are € 21,- per person, unless you pre-book your breakfast through our reception desk; in this case we offer you a € 3,- discount and you pay only € 19,- per person!

Luggage
The hotel has a secured luggage room where you can store your luggage. However the storage is secured and your luggage always will be handled with care, we would like to point out that storing your luggage is always at own risk of the guest.

Reception
Our reception desk is available 24/7. Please dial number 9 on the telephone in your hotel room.

Adapter
At the reception we sell adapters for € 15,-

Car rental
If you wish to rent a car during your stay please contact the reception desk.

Baby bed
A baby bed in your room can be arranged through reception at € 25,- per night.

Bathrobe
We do have bathrobes available which you can borrow. Please contact the reception for any informaton.

Extra pillows and blankets
Please contact the reception if you need extra pillows and/or a blanket.

Doktor/dentist
If you need any medical assistance, please contact the reception desk. Please note that any costs will be for your own account.

Drugs
It is strictly prohibited to use and/or deal in soft and hard drugs in as well the hotel rooms as the public areas of the hotel. In case we notice one of the above mentioned cases we will request you to leave the hotel immediately and any possible cancellation fee will be charged.

Pets
Pets are not allowed in the hotel.

Housekeeping
Your room is cleaned every day and dirty towels will be replaced daily*. f If you wish to receive extra towels during your stay, please contact the reception desk.

* We have a “Green Key” certificate, therefore we think about the enivoriment. Bathtowels will be changed daily once you leave them on the Floor. Once you leave your towels on the towelrack we will not replace them. WestCord contributes to the enivorment by making our guest aware of the wateruse and use of Chemicals which are used due to washing the towels and or Bed linnen. Internet
Free WiFi is available in the entire hotel.

Complaints
If you have any complaints, please contact the reception desk. To solve your matter as soon as possible we kindly ask you to inform reception directly about you complaint.

Safe
In every hotel room you will find a safe. We advise you to use this to keep your valuables.

Coffee and tea facilities
In your hotel room you will find coffee and tea facilities. If your favourite taste is not available in the assortment please contact the reception desk.

Do Not Disturb
For your privacy you can put the “Please do not disturb” sign on the outside of your door. If this sign is still on your door at 12:30 PM, clean towels will be hung outside your room and we presume that your room does not need to be cleaned.

Public Transport
Public Transport goes very frequent. Tram Lines 2, 12, 13 and 17 stop just in front of the hotel. For more information please contact our Front Desk.

Parking
It is possible to park your car in parking garage Q-Park ‘Nieuwendijk’, opposite the hotel. Parking is available at a reduced rate in the Q-Park Nieuwendijk parking garage.  It is possible to book your spot here. It is also possible to charge your electric car in the Q-park Nieuwendijk. It is also possible to park on the street at a local (higher) fee. Please note that the city of Amsterdam has a very strict parking policy.

Any messages will be handed over to you by reception as soon as possible.

Radio
On your TV you can select several radio stations.

Religion services
Our reception has information about addresses and times of places of worship.

Restaurants
For any suggestions or to make your reservation please contact our reception desk. You will also find a 24/7 food market in the hotel lobby.

Smoking
In the Netherlands it is legally prohibited to smoke anywhere in the hotel. In case of smoking in your hotel room or anywhere else in the building you will be charged a € 150,- fee for extra cleaning costs.

Damage
Please be aware that the hotel cannot be held responsible for any personal injuries, damage and missing or forgotten possessions. Personal and valuable belongings should be kept in the safe in your hotel room.

Iron service
It is possible to iron on the first floor next to the elevator. Our hotel also have lose Irons and Iron  Board available based upon availability.

Telephone
In your hotel room you will find a telephone. Please note that your telephone bill may be very high in case you call abroad or on a cell phone number. If you want to phone another hotel room you just dial the room number.

Theatre/music
In the numerous theatres and music halls in Amsterdam you will find lots of interesting performances. Please contact the reception for more information or to make reservations.

Toiletries
In case of any forgotten toiletries like a razor or toothbrush please contact the reception desk.

Taxi
If you wish to order a taxi please contact the reception desk. Please be informed that there might be a waiting time during busy hours. If you need to travel to Schiphol, we advise you to reserve your taxi in advance through reception. The costs for a regular taxi to Schiphol is starting from € 50,- and a van starting from € 65,-

Maintenance
If there is a technical problem in your room, please report this to the reception directly we can solve the problem for you as soon as possible.

Tours/excursions
Our reception staff will be happy to assist you with reservations for any tours or excursions.

Extension cord
Please contact the reception if you need an extension cord.

Lost and found
For queries relating to lost or found, please contact the reception.

Wake up call
You can ask for a wake up call at the reception or you can programme it on your telephone. Push the wake-up button and enter the 4 digits for the time followed by #.

Laundry service
We offer you the possibility to use the laundry service. You will find the pricelist and laundry bag in the closet in your room. If you hand in your laundry at reception before 08:30 am you will receive your laundry back on the same day after 06:00 pm (except for weekends and holidays).
