Breakfast
Breakfast is served from Monday to Friday from 7:00 am until 10:00 am. During the weekend breakfast is served from 8:00 am until 11:00 am. Breakfast times can be different during holidays. If you would like to have a breakfast package, please contact reception.

Check-in & check-out
We kindly ask you to check-out before 11:00 am. If you would like to hold on to your room after 11.00 am, please contact reception.

Room service
Room service is available. The menu card is located on the desk or table. Please contact the restaurant at number 760. For a charge of € 5,00 the order is delivered to your hotel room.

Telephone
You can contact reception by dialing the number 9 on the telephone in your room. To reach another guest in the hotel, please dial the room number of the guest. To obtain an outside line dial the number 0 followed by the required telephone number. For the specified costs, please contact the reception.

To receive a telephone call from outside the hotel you can use the following number: +31 (0)15-888 90 10. The staff at the reception will connect the call to your room.

Alarm
Please ensure you make your way outside via the (emergency) exit as soon as you hear the alarm and assemble at the car park in front of the hotel.

Baby cot
Baby cots can be arranged by the reception staff. Please contact reception if you would like to have a baby cot in your hotel room.

Bar
BLUE Dining is open daily from 7:00 am till 12:00 am for a tasty snack and drink.

Disabled
WestCord Hotel Delft provides several hotel rooms and toilets for the disabled. The toilets are located on the ground floor and the first floor. More information is available at reception.

Duvet
If you would like to have an extra duvet, please contact reception.

Electricity
The electricity in your hotel room works through the ‘energy saver’ that is located on the left or right side next to the entrance door of your hotel room. Please place your room key in the ‘energy saver’ to turn on the electricity. Please note that all electric points have permanent electricity.

Emergencies
In case of emergency please contact reception (9). They will notify the applicable emergency services. Please mention your name and room number.

Excursions
Please contact reception for different suggestions on excursions in Delft and surroundings.

Fitness
The fitness area is located on the fifth floor and is open from 07.00 am till 10.00 pm. The use of these facilities is free of charge. To gain access to the fitness area, please use your guest room key. The sauna and massage service is also located on the fifth floor.

Fridge
Your hotel room is equipped with a small fridge. Various drinks and snacks are available in the shop, located on the ground floor next to the reception.

Laundry service
Our hotel offers laundry service. You will find the price list and a laundry bag in the closet in your room. If you hand in your laundry before 9:00 am, you will receive your laundry back on the same day before 7:00 pm. This service is available from Monday till Friday and is not available on national holidays.

Besides laundry service, the hotel offers an laundry room on the fifth floor. Visit the reception for coins and detergent (costs: €5,00 per coin).

WestCord Hotel Delft can not be held liable for the loss of and/or damage to your property. Your guest room is equipped with a safe to safely store your valuables.

Luggage
Trolleys can be found at the hotel entrance. You can leave your luggage in our secured cloakroom at the reception after checking out.

Stamps are available at reception where mail can be stamped and posted for you.

Market
Visit the food and produce market on Thursday on the Markt and the flower market on the Brabantse Turfmarkt. On Saturday there is a nice food and produce market on the Brabantse Turfmarkt and on the Burgwal. On Thursday and Saturday there is an art and antique market on the Hippolystusbuurt.

Pets
Pets are only allowed in the lobby area of the hotel. In all other parts, pets are not allowed.

Sauna
On the fifth floor, you will find 2 saunas with views on Rotterdam. There is a male and female sauna. You can also find the massage room and fitness room on this floor. Opening times are from 6:00 am until 11:00 pm. Sauna use is free of charge, please inform the reception when you wish to use the sauna. It takes about 45 minutes for the sauna to heat. Swimwear is not mandatory.

Sewing kit
A complimentary sewing kit is available at reception.

Shoe polisher
On the ground floor, next to the toilets, you will find a shoe polisher.

Shops
On the ground floor, right next to the reception, you can find a shop in which you can find consumptions and refreshments. Many shops can be found in the historical city centre of Delft. On Fridays, shops are open until 9:00 pm. Please contact the reception for more infomation.

Shuttle
WestCord Hotel Delft is one of the stops for the Delft City Shuttle (daily). More information about timings, route and prices, please contact the reception.

Smoking
WestCord Hotel Delft is a non-smoking hotel. In the courtyard on the ground floor and at the hotel entrance, smoking is allowed. If you do smoke inside the hotel or your room, a €150,- cleaning charge will apply.

For your safety we have the following regulations and house rules valid in WestCord Hotel Delft. You are obligated to follow these rules. Violation of any house rule may lead to immediate removal and a report will be made at the police station.

• Our hotel is non-smoking at all times.
• We kindly request you to be suitably dressed when in the restaurant and other public areas of this hotel.
• If making noise in the hotel, such as loud conversations, the volume of your television, barking dogs etcetera, please take other guests into consideration.
• Alcoholic drinks will not be sold to persons under the age of 18. Our staff are entitled to ask for identification in this instance.
• The use or possession of drugs is in all reasonableness forbidden.
