Hotel Schylge offers 2 restaurants: à la carte restaurant ‘Op West’ and a hotel restaurant.
For guests who have booked half board or have booked a package that includes dinner, the hotel restaurant serves a special menu from 17:30 to 19:30. All other hotel guests can also make use of this daily changing Wadden menu.
Of course we cater for dietary requirements and special children’s dishes are available.
Hotel restaurant
The restaurant is opened daily from 8.00 am.
- Breakfast: 8.00 am – 10.00 am (Saturday and Sunday until 10.30 am)
- Lunch: 12.00 pm – 4.00 pm
- Dinner: 5.30 pm – 9.00 pm
Restaurant ‘Op West’
Opened daily from 5.30 pm – 9.00 pm

Daily available:
- Beverages: 7:00 am – 11:00 pm (surcharge: €5 per order)
- Hot meals: 12:00 pm – 9:00 pm (surcharge: €10 per order)
Barentszbar
Situated next to the bowling. Pool billiards and an airhockey table can be found in the Barentszbar. The bar is opened from 5.00 pm until 1.00 am.
