Breakfast
The breakfast buffet is served in MME Coco, when entering the restaurant you will be asked for your room number.

• Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 – 11:00 am

Children between 0 and 2 years may eat for free and for children ages 2-12 we offer a 50% discount. During breakfast hours, it is also possible to order breakfast in your room. The additional costs are €7,50.

Room service
Room service is at your disposal from 11.00 am until 10.00 pm. To order room service, please dial number 9 on your telephone to be connected to the reception. Please be advised: a €7,50 service charge will be added to the delivery.

Telephone
You will find a telephone in your room. For costs that will be charged automatically to your room bill, you can contact reception. For an outside line dial 0. For international telephone calls first dial 0 for an outside line and than dial the country code.

You can contact the reception 24 hours a day; you can do this by dialing the number 9.

Additional information

Adaptor
You can buy a USB adaptor for €5,95 and a traveladaptor for €9,95 at the reception.

Air conditioning
Your room has air conditioning facilities. You can arrange the desired temperature of the air supply yourself.

Car rental
If you wish to rent a car during your stay at our hotel, you can contact the reception for more information.

Luggage
The hotel has a storage space where you can temporarily deposit your luggage. Upon request we can bring your luggage up to the room.

Payment
At departure we have several ways of settling your account: credit card (Visa, American Express, Euro-/Master Card or Diners Club), PIN card or cash.

Flowers
There is a possibility to order flowers, they will be delivered at the hotel. For more information you can contact the reception.

Diet
When you are on a special diet or if you are allergic to certain things, please report this at reception so we can notify the kitchen about your special wishes.

Doctor/Dentist
If you need medical help, please contact the reception by calling number 9 on the extension in your room.

Electricity
Please be aware of the fact that the electricity in the Netherlands is 220 Volts.

Evacuation
In case of an emergency it might be necessary to evacuate the hotel. Please follow the instructions of the hotel staff during an evacuation.

Extra bed or baby cot
If you would like to use an extra bed or baby cot, please contact the reception.

Extra pillows and blankets
Extra pillows can be found in the closet in your room. For extra sheets or more blankets, you can contact the reception.

Bicycle rental
It is possible to rent a bicycle at the reception. The costs for this are €12,50 per day per 24 hours.

Lost or found something? Please contact the reception.

Pets
Pets are not allowed in the hotel. If you arrive unnoticed with pets we have the right to deny you access to the hotel and we may charge you a cancellation fee.

Internet (wifi)
WestCord Fashion Hotel offers free wireless internet. Please connect to the network WestCord Fashion; no password is required.

Housekeeping
Your room will be cleaned every day and on your request clean towels will be brought to you each day. If you wish to receive extra towels during your stay, please contact the reception by dialing number 9 on your extension.

Room key
Your room key is a key card. This key is to be kept with you and to be handed in at check-out. For security reasons a room number will not be shown on your key card.

Complaints
If you have any complaints, please do not hesitate to contact the reception. Please mention your complaint as soon as possible so we take action accordingly.

Safe
A safe is available in every room. Use of the safe is possible by choosing your own pin code.

Coffee and tea facilities
Your room offers coffee and tea facilities. You will find a water boiler and all of the other requisites to make coffee and tea with. If it occurs that you do not have sufficient assortment would you be so kind to notify the reception.

Minibar
There’s a minibar in your room, this minibar works on an automatic system. The minibar is filled with 2 free bottles of water on the day of arrival, guests can fill these for free with tap water. You can buy bottles of water at the reception for €2,50 each.

Museum tickets
It is possible to purchase ‘skip the line’ museum tickets for most major museums at the reception.

Do not disturb
If you wish not to be disturbed during your stay, please hang the ‘Do not disturb’ sign outside your door. Please note, when a Do not disturb sign is used, no housekeeping or minibar service will be provided.

Public transport
There are trams busses from and to Central Station:

• Tramlines 1 and 17 (stop Derkinderenstraat or Surinameplein)
• Nightbus 353 (stop Lelylaan Station)

The entire day trams will pass by the hotel approximately every 5 minutes.

During the week, a night bus will go from Central Station tot Station Lelylaan every hour and in the weekend every 30 minutes. Traveling from the hotel to Amsterdam Central Station will take approximately 20 minutes.

If you wish to use public transport you can buy tickets at the reception.

Parking in Amsterdam
Please be informed at the reception, the city of Amsterdam handles a strict parking policy. In most parts of the city only paid parking is possible.

Parking in the hotel
The hotel has a 90-spaces parking garage with video surveillance. Parking costs are € 22,50 per night for guests who have booked directly with us and €30,- per night for guests that booked externally.

Mail
Incoming mail will be handled with care and will be given to you as soon as possible. If you have mail you wish to send please hand it in at the reception, we will mail it for you.

Radio
In every room you can choose a radio station from your television. You are able to make a choice on the screen of the main menu of your television.

The reception is situated near the entrance of the building. The reception is open 24 hours per day. You can contact the reception by dialing number 9 on the telephone in your room.

Religion
The reception has infomation about addresses and times of places of worship.

Smoking policy
WestCord Fashion Hotel is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is therefore not allowed inside the hotel. Please note, in case smoking in the hotel is detected, a €250,- cleaning fee will be charged. There are benches outside the main entrance where guests are allowed to smoke.

Damage
We would like to inform you that the hotel is not responsible for any personal injuries, damage, and missing or forgotten possessions. A safe is available in your room if you wish to leave your personal possessions.

The hotel has a suite on the 7^th floor including balcony. The suite is more than suitable for a romantic stay as well as a business trip.

Terrace
The terrace borders the restaurant. On the spacious terrace you can enjoy your breakfast or lunch. The terrace however is only open during summer months and during nice weather.

Wake up call
You can ask for a wake up call at the reception or you can program it yourself on the television in your room.

Laundry service
We offer you the possibility to use the laundry service. You will find the price list and laundry bag in the closet in your room. If you hand in your laundry before 08:30 am you will receive your laundry back on the same day after 18:00 pm. This service is available from Monday till Saturday.
